What file formats do you accept for photos?
We accept most common file formats, such as JPEG and PNG. For the best quality, we recommend high-resolution images.
Can I order magnets in bulk for special events or businesses?
Absolutely! We offer bulk order options for events like weddings, parties, or business promotions. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
Can I add text to my photo magnets?
Currently, our uploader doesn’t support adding text directly. However, you can use your preferred image editing software to add text to your photo before uploading it to our website. This way, you can personalise your design with your desired message, date, or name.

Not a Toy:
These magnets are not toys and are intended for decorative or practical use only. Please keep them out of reach of very young children.
Magnet Safety:
Magnets should be kept away from electronic devices, credit cards, and pacemakers to prevent interference or damage.
Choking Hazard:
While the magnets are approximately 5cm x 5cm and less likely to pose a choking hazard, supervise young children around them to ensure safe use.
Grass Root Football Prints
What information do I need to provide for a Grassroots Football Print?
To create your custom football print, we’ll need
- Team name (e.g Adore Charlotte United)
- Team age group (e.g Under 8s)
- Player names & shirt number (e.g Charlotte - 9)
- Slogan/Quote (e.g Eat Sleep Football Repeat)
- Image of team shirt (Uploaded PNG or JPEG)
- Image of team logo (Uploaded PNG or JPEG
Can I preview my football print before it’s made?
Yes, we can provide a digital proof upon request before production. This allows you to check the design and request changes if needed.
Please note: Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, colours may appear slightly different from what you see on screen.
Are the football prints suitable for framing?
Absolutely, our football prints are designed to fit standard A4 (210mmx297mm) frames, making them perfect for display in homes, clubs, or as gifts.

How do I place an order for a custom product?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our selection of personalised gifts, choose the product you’d like, and follow the prompts to customise it with your desired images or text. Once you’re happy with your design, checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What is the turnaround time for my order?
We pride ourselves on crafting each order with care. Typically, our turnaround time is 3-5 business days. However, it may take a little longer during promotional or peak seasons. We always strive to get your personalised gifts to you quickly!
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but if you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us with your order details and photos of any damage. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. For personalised items, cancellations after this point are not possible due to the custom nature of the product.
I can't find my EU shipping location
Shipping to the European Union
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union. As a brand-new small business, we are working to navigate and comply with the EU's updated regulations to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers.
